Holly is an incredibly hardworking, attentive and innovative real estate agent. She managed the move out of our renters, oversaw the magnificent renovation and staging of our pair of apartments (in spite of a tight budget and time frame), helped resolve a multitude of issues involved with our sale and ran round to get all the paperwork done on time. Her insight into the real estate market and her marketing strategy yielded a 21% higher price than the best prediction of 3 other agents we had interviewed. (While we can't imagine how she can repeat that performance, it does show how good she is.) On top of all that, she had to spend a ridiculous amount of time calming our nerves and managing our anxieties.
